I use state of
the art xenon flash light source and the finest German apochromatic lenses for
edge to edge sharpness and color correction. I use the finest printing
techniques to insure that you get the highest quality print possible from
your original slide or transparency. All
orders requiring specific instructions MUST HAVE THE INSTRUCTION STATED IN
WRITING. I cannot assume any responsibility for orders completed incorrectly
as a result of vague or verbal instructions. When your order requires
specific cropping, use fine line marker and draw arrows on slide mounts or
lines on transparencies’ sleeves or a tissue or acetate overlay - never
directly on the film. DO NOT USE BALLPOINT PENS. All slides and
transparencies received for printing will be printed full frame with
1/4" borders on super glossy (polyester base) surface, unless otherwise specified
at the time of ordering. With this material, borders are normally black. BUSINESS HOURS AND LOCATION: Business
hours are 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Gerald Hare Chrome-Prints is
located at TURN AROUND TIMES: Turn around times for listed
services do not include pick-up and delivery time. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY: Free pick-up and delivery are available for downtown RUSH ORDERS AND OVERTIME: Rush orders
are welcome. Cost may vary - please call for a quote. If overtime is
required, there will be additional charge per hour, plus the cost of the
service you require. OPEN ACCOUNTS: Charge accounts are available to approved
established clients. Call or write for a credit application. TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment with order is REQUIRED. PA Sales
Tax will be charged on all orders unless a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption
Certificate is on file. Credit cards are not accepted. PACKAGING: If you are planning to ship orders, be sure to
carefully package your order. Use corrugated cardboard to protect both sides
of the slides and transparencies still in their protective sleeves. Seal them
in sturdy package envelopes. Send by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS,
FED EX, courier services or personal delivery. POSTAGE AND SHIPPING: A shipping and handling
fee will be added to each invoice. Unless otherwise instructed, all orders
will be shipped by Priority Mail or UPS Ground. SPECIAL QUOTES: Please call for quotes on orders including specialized custom printing,
or sizes and services not listed. |
